Ansprechender Kreuz-Anhänger mit Kruzifix aus 925er Silber, mit beidseitiger Gravur, Höhe ≈ 28 mm. Die äußere Einfassung des Kreuzes hat die Form eines "Dreiblattkreuzes", und auf dem Mittelteil ist ein achtspitziges christliches Kreuz mit Kruzifix dargestellt. Dreieck und Dreiblatt symbolisieren in der Orthodoxie die Heilige Dreifaltigkeit. Sorgfältig graviert sind die Symbole, Muster und das Kruzifix auf der Vorderseite. Im oberen Teil des Kreuzes bedeuten die Buchstaben ZS "Zar Slawy" (König der Herrlichkeit). Auf der Rückseite des Kreuzes ist die Inschrift "Spasi i sochrani" (Rette und bewahre) graviert. Im unteren Teil sind ein Totenkopf und Knochen abgebildet – dies ist die symbolische Darstellung der Gebeine Adams. Christus hat mit seinem Blut seine Knochen "gewaschen" und die Menschheit von der Erbsünde erlöst. Diese Art von Kreuz wird auch "Prosphoren-Konstantinisches Kreuz" genannt, das die auf Griechisch geschriebenen Worte "IC. XP. NIKA" enthält, was "Jesus Christus ist der Sieger" bedeutet. Nach alter Tradition werden diese Worte zusammen mit dem Kreuz auf den Prosphoren abgebildet und bedeuten die Loskaufung der Sünder aus der sündigen Gefangenschaft und symbolisieren auch den Preis der Erlösung. Ein Kreuz mit so reichem symbolischem Gehalt wird zum Schutz und zur Stütze für seinen Träger.
